無功功率的現狀及做好無功補償的措施

二、無功功率的現狀
目(mu)前,有(you)(you)(you)大量使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償設備(bei)(bei)的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶,存(cun)在無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償設計方案不(bu)(bu)合理,補(bu)償裝置(zhi)不(bu)(bu)能正常投切(qie),補(bu)償元件已經(jing)失效或損(sun)壞的(de)情(qing)況。導致功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)嚴(yan)重偏低,白白增加了(le)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)和電(dian)(dian)費(fei)開(kai)支。對于(yu)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償設備(bei)(bei)不(bu)(bu)能正常使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),大多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶不(bu)(bu)知(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)怎么處(chu)理,對于(yu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)部門的(de)罰款(kuan),大多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶也一知(zhi)(zhi)半解,不(bu)(bu)知(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)是由(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)引起。還有(you)(you)(you)一些用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶,認為功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)只要達到規(gui)定的(de)0.9,供(gong)電(dian)(dian)部門的(de)不(bu)(bu)罰款(kuan)就行了(le),不(bu)(bu)覺得(de)是個(ge)問題。其實不(bu)(bu)然。舉個(ge)例(li)子(zi):在功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)=0.92的(de)情(qing)況下,無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)差不(bu)(bu)多(duo)是有(you)(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)一半,無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)還是相當大的(de)。如果把功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)提高到0.98,無功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)就只有(you)(you)(you)有(you)(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)20%。所以我們不(bu)(bu)能滿足于(yu)0.85、0.9和0.92,要下決心(xin)提高功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)。
